Montessori Playgroup
The Playgroup program is designed for children age 18 months to 3.5 years old. It is a drop-off class (parent-unaccompanied). A small class with teacher-student ratio of 1:6, teaching is done according to the individual child’s level. The activities covered in the Playgroup will enhance the child’s cognitive development, social, emotional development and physical development. The curriculum is Montessori-based and it covers the 3 languages (English Phonics, Mandarin and Japanese), Math, Sensorial and Practical Life skills. Apart from these subjects, there are storytelling, music & movement and fine motor skills activities.
It is recommended for children who have not attended school before to start off with our weekend accompanied program (Mum & Tot) before proceeding to this class.
